Few years back, actor Tiger Shroff had bought a 8 BHK house in Mumbai's Khar. He said that the house was his parents Jackie Shroff and Ayesha Shroff.
Tiger then stated in an interview, "I guess buying a house for my parents. They’ve given me the best childhood and this is my small way of giving something back. My mother (Ayesha Shroff) always wanted a house in her name, so I bought this for her… Dad (Jackie Shroff) too. My dreams are her dreams, and I am focused on my work, being successful in my career and sustaining it. She is my motivation, my inspiration. I push myself so hard to make her happy, proud and secure."
Tiger Shroff always wanted to buy back his parent’s old apartment in Le Pepeyon on Mount Mary Road in Bandra where he and his sister grew up.
Jackie Shroff in an recent interview recalls his hard times and said that he had to sell their old apartment because of the monetary loses after the release of the film 'Boom', to which Tiger wants to buy back the old house after he made it big in Bollywood.
Boom was produced by the veteran actor's wife Ayesha Shroff, and it was released in 2003. It was an multi starred film with Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie, Gulshan Grover, Padma Lakshmi, Madhu Sapre, Zeenat Aman and Katrina Kaif.
Yet, the film didn't perform well at the box office and the family lost everything including their house to pay debts. He added that he did not let their financial situation impact on their children.
Jackie Shroff further said that he is proud of his children, and Tiger's thought of wanting to make a house for his mother. And now that he can afford to make one, his mother does not want the place as she is happy where she is.
At present, on the work front, Tiger is working on his upcoming slate which includes 'Heropanti 2' and 'Ganapath' and Jackie Shroff was last seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
