The officials from NCB are currently questioning Aryan Khan. The officials raided a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast after getting significant information about the party. Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of NCB said that Aryan Khan has not been booked on any charges and has not been arrested till now. Authorities have called the six of the organisers who had planned the cruise party.
As per sources, Aryan Khan’s phone has been seized and is being investigated by the authorities. The phone is being scanned to check for any indication of his involvement in the consumption or possession of drugs and the narcotics bureau is inspecting the chats received on the phones that have been seized from the drug bust.
Daughters of some prominent businessmen who also came to join the cruise party were also detained.
NCB in a statement said, "On the basis of specific information, the officials of NCB, Mumbai, conducted a raid on the Cordelia cruise that was bound from Mumbai to Goa on October 2. During the operation, all suspects, as per the information, were searched and various drugs like MDMA/ecstasy, cocaine, MD (mephedrone) and charas were recovered. A total of 8 persons, including 2 females, have been apprehended and their role being investigated in relation to the said recovery. NCB has registered crime no. Cr 94/21 in this matter. Further investigation is underway."
The officials from NCB raided a cruise ship on Saturday night, in Mumbai which was departing for a three-day ‘musical voyage’. These are people from Bollywood, fashion and the business sectors who were in the ship.The raid was conducted after information was received that banned drugs were being used.
