Raj Kundra's business grew rapidly during lockdown: Police

All the content was made in Kundra’s office.

A latest update in Raj Kundra’s porn racket case has revealed that his business was growing rapidly during lockdown with earnings of lakhs per day.

 

He started this business 18 months ago in partnership with Pradeep Bakshi who is his UK-based brother-in-law to run a company named - Kenrin Limited.

 

He made sure that the contents for the app was not going to be uploaded from India and so he outsourced a foreign platform using WeTransfer via which Kenrin Limited managed everything. All the content was made in Kundra’s office.

 

Mumbai police’s Joint Commissioner Milind Bharambe giving the details, said that initially he started earning 2-3 lakhs in a day which was increased to 6-8 lakhs. However, in transactions, it was showing in thousands, so an investigation is under process to get the crux of the matter. As of now, they have frozen around 7.5 crore in several bank accounts.
