Rave Party Case: Court orders one-day custody SRK's son Aryan, two others

NCB counsel had sought custody till October 5, but Aryan’s lawyer argued that one day one-day custody was good enough

In a recent development in the rave party case, Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who was held by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), was produced at a special holiday court before additional chief metropolitan magistrate RK Rajebhosale on Sunday evening.
 
After hearing both parties, the court has granted NCB a one-day custody of Aryan, Aftab Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha.
 
NCB counsel had sought custody till October 5, but Aryan’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde argued that one day one-day custody was good enough.
 
The five others detained will be produced at the court later.
 
The counsel of NCB told the court that primary investigation has revealed a nexus with suppliers and peddlers on a regular basis through WhatsApp chats.
