The late Bigg Boss famed actor Sidharth Shukla’s gym trainer Sonu Chaurasia, who had trained him for big events including films and shows for the past six years has said that the Sidharth loved weight training which is an authentic way for bodybuilding.
Sonu Chaurasia said, "Sidharth followed that regime with weight training in the morning on weight training and cardio in the evening as he didn’t want to put pressure on his body and has always balanced out."
But, then there are speculations regarding the overexertion of the late actor, to which Sonu said that overexertion happens to only those who are irregular in their fitness training.
Sonu Chaurasia also noted that fitness training for Sidharth was was way of life and he was totally involved in it.
Sonu added that Sidharth was not one of those people who often followed trends.
He said that when it comes to diet charts, the actor was against any kind of crash diet and loved home-cooked food especially prepared by his mother.
Sonu's last conversation with Sidharth Shukla on his own birthday when the actor went to his gym and wished him.
The gym trainer told that the late actor had undergone treatment for his feet that he had twisted and was prescribed antibiotics by a neurologist from Kokilaben hospital.
This was about two months ago and he took a break of 15 days as the doctors asked him not to exert his feet.
The trainer said at the time of the incident Sidharth Shukla did tell him that the bloating in his stomach due to the steroids and had to do something about it
