Sanjay Dutt gets first shot of Covid Vaccine

The actor is currently awaiting the release of "Shamshera" and "KGF Chapter 2" later this year.

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has get the COVID-19 vaccine. The star took to Twitter to announce that he had got the first jab.


The actor posted a picture on his Instagram story, where he is seen getting vaccinated. He was seen wearing blue denims and black T-shirt.


"Received my first shot of Covid-19 vaccine today at the BKC Vaccine centre. I want to congratulate Dr.Dhere and his entire team for doing such a wonderful job! I have so much love and respect for them and their hard work. Jai Hind," he wrote.


In August 2020 that the actor had been hospitalised for shortness of breath, unrelated to COVID-19. Later it was revealed he was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. Following that, he took a break from work for medical treatment. In October 2020, he informed that he was getting better. In November, he had resumed work.


Other B town celeb got vaccinated are Mohanlal, PareshRawal, Jeetendra, Kamal Haasan, Nagarjuna, AnupamKher, Satish Shah, Neena Gupta, RakeshRoshan, Johny Lever, Dharmendra, HemaMalini, and Sharmila Tagore.


The actor is currently awaiting the release of "Shamshera" and "KGF Chapter 2" later this year.
