Battlegrounds Mobile India has banned over 1.4 lakh of accounts within a week in December. The developer of the game, Krafton has reportedly banned nearly 1,42,000 accounts between December 6 and December 12.
They are the permanent bans that have been made due to cheating to gain an unfair benefit in the game. Krafton says more bans will show up if players don't stop cheating.
The developers have consistently banned players accounts that relied on cheat standards to gain an unfair benefit in the game.
BGMI has also posted a list of all banned accounts for the world to watch and maintain the privacy of the names that have been spelt cryptically.
Krafton said in a blog post, "BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA will strive to implement strong sanctions with the ultimate goal of eradicating the use of illegal programs to provide you a pleasant gaming environment."
Though, this ban is not as vast as the previous one, which saw a ban of a total of 1.57,000 account during a week in November.
