The participants should necessarily possess a COVID-19 negative certificate from government authorised labs. The bull tamers should also need to test themselves for coronavirus infection at a government-recognised laboratory and only when they are confirmed to not have the virus infection, they will be allowed to participate, the government said.
Spectators are also need to thermal scanning before entry into the open spaces earmarked for the events and they must follow requisite social distancing and wear masks, the government said in an official release. A detailed Standard Operating Procedure for the conduct of the sport in January 2021 would be issued separately, according to government statement.
