Earthquake of Magnitude 3.2 Hits Shillong in Meghalaya: NCS

No damage or casualty have been reported yet.

An earthquake of magnitude 3.2 on the Richter scale was registered in Meghalaya's Shillong on Monday.


The incident was witnessed at 6:52 pm with its epicentre at a depth of 2 km sourth-east of Shillong, according to the National Centre of Seismology (NCS).


The depth of the quake was 10 km. So far, no casualties have been reported.
