Ex-UP Minister KP Yadav passes away due to dengue

The politician was admitted to Medanta hospital

Samajwadi Party leader and Former minister from Jaunpur, K.P. Yadav died of dengue shock syndrome in Lucknow.

He was also serving as the chairperson of the Cow Service Commission.

 

According to reports, the politician was diagnosed with dengue and was receiving treatment in Jaunpur but was then shifted to Lucknow as his condition deteriorated. In a critical condition, the politician was admitted to Medanta hospital late on Monday night.

 

Medanta director Dr Rakesh Kapoor confirmed. "K.P. Yadav died of a condition called dengue shock syndrome. He was brought to the hospital in a critical state with multi-inflammatory response and cytokine storm affecting his body gravely. He was immediately taken on ventilator support but could not be revived. He died on Tuesday."

 

Akhilesh Yadav said that the death of K P Yadav is a loss to the party as he was a hardworking and respected member of SP.
