1. Sabudaana Pakoda : This are absolute favourite snack for many of us. This is made with juat soaked sabudana, red chilli powder, potatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves. These pakodas are called called as sabudana vadas and is serve with yogurt.

 

2. Aloo ka Pakoda : These small bite-sized fritters that are made with all of our vrat-friendly ingredients and with just chilli powder, potatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves and serve them with dhaniya chutney.

 

3. Kheere ka Pakoda : Kheera ka pakoda or cucumber fritters are most popular in North. The thin cucumbers slices are coated in a batter of singhade ka atta, rock salt, coriander powder, chilli powder and green chillies, and deep-fried till golden, makes for a delish treat with some dhaniya chutney.
