Pakistan terrorist held with AK-47 assault rifle in Delhi

The NIA on Tuesday conducted raids at 16 locations across Jammu and Kashmir

In a big breaking, a Pakistani terrorist has been arrested from Delhi's Laxmi Nagar and an AK-47 assault rifle, a hand grenade were among other things that were recovered from his possession on Tuesday.
 
"Delhi Police Special Cell arrests a terrorist of Pakistani nationality from Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar. He was living with a fake ID of an Indian national. One AK-47 assault rifle with one extra magazine and 60 rounds, one hand grenade, 2 sophisticated pistols with 50 rounds seized," news agency ANI reported.
 
The terrorist has been identified as Mohd Asraf, who hails from Pakistan's Punjab. Relevant provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, Explosive Act, Arms Act and other provisions are being invoked against him. Earlier in the day, Indian Army killed 3 LeT terrorists in an encounter in Shopian. A separate encounter is underway at DKG area near Poonch where 5 soldiers were martyred on Monday.

Meanwhile, The NIA (National Investigation Agency) on Tuesday conducted raids at 16 locations across Jammu and Kashmir.  According to the details, the raids were conducted at locations in Shopian, Pulwama and Srinagar, in connection with a new case linked to the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of various Tanzeems including The Resistance Front (TRF). The NIA also raided 5 locations in Delhi-NCR in Mundra drug seizure case.
 
On Sunday, NIA arrested three people over their alleged association with the banned terror organisation Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), an official said.
