Rape-accused Nithyananda bans Indian travellers to his 'country' Kailasa

Nithyananda also banned travellers from Brazil, European Union, and Malaysia which are also witnessing a second wave of the Coronavirus.

The self-proclaimed god-man and Rape accused Nithyananda on Thursday banned the entry of all Indians to his island nation 'Kailasa', amidst the rise of corona cases in the country. Nithyananda also banned travellers from Brazil, European Union, and Malaysia which are also witnessing a second wave of the Coronavirus.

In official twitter handle of KAILASA'S SPH JGM HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam it is stated “An "Executive Order" issued by the "Presidential Mandate" of Kailasa, which has not been recognised as a nation, says no public will be allowed to enter the island until further notice. All "de factor spiritual embassies of Kailasa" in the four countries listed above will remain sealed. It also directs all volunteers and 'citizens' of the unrecognised island to quarantine themselves as per local laws.”

Last year, the rape-accused had begun issuing visas and passports inviting people to visit 'Kailasa'. He also initiated charter flight services called 'Garuda' for the same purpose. As per the official website of the Goodman, visitors were invited to stay for not more than three days during which they would be provided free of cost food, stay and other requirements needed.

Despite his repeated appeals, the United Nations (UN) has refused to entertain Nithyananda's request to declare 'Kailasa' a separate country. He has been absconding since 2019, claims to be the 'Supreme Pontiff' of 'Kailasa'.

On its official website, 'Kailasa' claims to be "a nation created by dispossessed Hindus from around the world who lost the right to practice Hinduism authentically in their own countries".
