Suvendu asks Mamata not to indulge in hooliganism

Adhikari said that she should show some restraints while addressing wrong statements against the PM.

Ahead of Assembly elections in West Bengal’s Nandigram, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Suvendu Adhikari advised Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee not to indulge in any kind of hooliganism on Thursday.

Adhikari said that she should show some restraints while addressing wrong statements against the Prime Minister just for sake of voters. He further acclaimed that Bengal is part of India and Narendra Modi is here to stay after May 2 when poll results will be declared.

The reaction just came after when Mamata issued a warning to the TMC workers working against the party.

Adhikari, a former minister in TMC leader stated that the Chief Minister has violated the model code of conduct by addressing media as a violation of the poll code.

“We expect that no repolling is done, no violence is done. Everyone is active, Central forces are here,14 drones are being used,76 booths are manned by the forces. Everything should be left to the people,” he stated.
