Two Army Jawan missing from India-China border in Arunachal Pradesh for 14 days

Two soldiers posted in Arunachal Pradesh have gone missing since May 28

Two Indian army Jawan deployed in AP have been missing for the last 2 weeks.

Harendra Negi along with Prakash Singh Rana was reported missing on May 29.

"The army officials called her on May 29 and informed her that her husband had gone missing on May 28," said Mamta Rana, wife of Prakash Rana to the media.

She added, "the second phone call came on June 9 and they told me that both the soldiers were believed to have drowned in the river."

Harendra Negi's wife, Poonam Negi demanded that the army explain what had happened. 

Poonam Negi have a one-year-old child and have only been married for three years. According to Poonam Negi, "it's difficult to believe that both soldiers went near the river and no one knew."
