Actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her husband Raj Kundra had a huge argument when the Crime Branch raided their home in connection with the pornography racket case.
Following which Shilpa broke down into tears saying she was not aware of her husband's actions, said sources from Mumbai Police to ANI on Monday.
As per the sources, the couple had a huge argument where Shilpa shouted and asked Kundra what was the need of doing such a thing and why he did everything.
The arguement intensified to such an extent that Crime Branch team had to intervene between the couple to calm the actress.
The crime branch took Raj Kundra to his Mumbai home for the searches on the case, following which the actress was questioned too and was very upset after the interrogation.
The sources informed that Shilpa broke down in front of the Mumbai Police Crime Branch team and told them that she was kept in dark about the content of the app and she did not know anything.
The sources in police added that Shilpa told Kundra that due to his actions the family name is getting defamed and their endorsements in the industry are being cancelled as well as the family is facing huge financial losses.
The sources also added, "She asked him what was the need of doing such things when they achieved a standing in society."
Giving more details about the pornography racket case, the mumabi police sources informed that Kundra was predicting his arrest after the Mumbai Crime Branch arrested nine people in the connection with the same in March.
