Festive season accounts for the best sales for carmakers in India and like every year, companies have rolled out some amazing models for their customers.
Some of the cars which is expected to come in the Indian market by Diwali and are expected to attract a lot of customers are:
1. Next-gen Maruti CelerioMa
The company is seen working on the segment a lot. It was expected to launch in the first quarter but was delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic.
It will be offered with a 5-speed MT and an AMT. It is also expected that its style will change completely. Maruti will also offer a CNG option to customers who need it. It is expected to have a little more price from 4.66 lakh to 5.91 lakh.
2. Mahindra XUV 700
Being the upgraded model of XUV 500 the car is expected to be coming in October 2021.
Mahindra has added safety features which includes auto booster headlamps which will increase the power when the speed will increase 80 Km/hr. Giving it a poppy lock it has the new smart door handles. It will be a 6-speed manual and an automatic transmission with also having an AWD option.
3. Volkswagen Taigun
This will step-in in the second half of the year. Set on the segment of Skoda counterpart of having 1.0l turbo and 1.5l turbo petrol option having the same gearbox.
For the premium look it will have a round bottom steering wheel, with 17-inch dual tone alloy wheels. Pricing is expected to start from 9 lakhs and can go up to 17.5 lakhs
4. TATA HBX
This will be the first-ever Micro-SUV in India. It is expected with its launch Tata will have a great entry in the SUV portfolio of the country.
It has been spied while being seen tested on the road many times. Will have the classic 7-inch touchscreen system and semi-digital instrument cluster from all the Tata cars.
5. MG Astor
The MG motor India head only confirmed the news of the next launch from the company will be Astor.
Having the 17-inch wheels, with a gloss back MG grill it looks sportier than many other cars. It will have two engine options. A 1.5 litre naturally aspirated motor while the other will be 13 turbocharged engines. Six speaker surround sound, 8-inch infotainment system MG will compete with many cars from Hyundai and Kia.
