Twitter's will now let users to flag 'misleading' content

This new feature would be accessible to countries like US, Australia and South Korea

Twitter is all set to begin a beta experiment which will allow users to flag misleading content which will help them to reduce misinformation on it's platform.

This new feature would be accessible to countries like the US, Australia and South Korea. The users will be able to choose the option "it's misleading" after clicking the "report tweet" and can also be more specific by labelling the misleading tweet by 'health,' 'politics' and 'other'.

After a tweet is flagged as misleading, then it will be reviewed by automated technology and human moderators of the company and then decide whether to take action or not.

The company previously launched a program called Birdwatch to identify fake news and misinformation.
