Krunal Pandya, an all-rounder from the India cricket team, has tested positive for COVID-19. He is currently under isolation.
There were other eight players who were in contact with him when tested, however came negative in the RT-PCR test. But due to precautionary measures they will also not be able to step on the field on the match day.
After the report, Krunal will also not be able to travel back to India on July 30th as he has to undergo many isolation levels and also has to obtain a negative RT-PCR.
He was symptomatic with cough and throat pain.
