Billy Eichner 'proud' to lead LGBTQ+ principal cast in his new film 'Bros'

The American actor, comedian and producer Billy Eichner says he could not have been less prouder about the historic nature of the all openly LGBTQ+ cast of his coming film 'Bros'.

Billy Eichner said, "After queer actors have spent decades watching straight actors capitalize both artistically and professionally by playing LGBTQ+ characters, it is a long overdue dream come true to be able to assemble this remarkable, hilarious cast."

 

Eichner added that while teh film 'Bros' may be the first of its kind in numberous ways, his real believe is that it is only the first of many opportunities that had openly ensembles LGBTQ+ to shine and show across the globe that they all are capable as actors.

 

It has given actor to present the real self apart from the wacky sidekick, token queer or a straight movie star's 'gay best friend.

 

Eichner also said that above all "this cast is fucking hysterical and you're going to love them."

 

The hollywoodreporter reports that Eichner, himself who is already the first openly gay man to penned and star in his own film.

 

It added that now the Universal Pictures feature has created history by setting a historic all LGBTQ+ cast.

 

All of the leads heterosexual roles will be played by openly LGBTQ+ artists.

 

The film is described as a smart and heartfelt comedy about two gay men played by Eichner and Luke Macfarlane who may most possibly, probably, slips towards love.
